Placing an order

Question: How to place an order?
Answer:
You can call/text us on the following number 0044 7824771126. Our representative will visit you to take measurements and show you range of fabrics to choose from (This service is FREE of charge). You can also design and order your Bespoke shirt on the website.

Question: I would like to order a present for another person. What should I do?
Answer:
Currently we are doing this the old fashioned way. Call us on 0044 7824771126 or email us.

Question: I just placed an order but realised I need to change it.
Answer:
After placing an order, you have a 10-hour window in which you can tell us what changes you would like to make. As orders go in production quite quickly, it is important that you inform us as soon as possible so we can apply the changes to the order before the fabric for your garments is cut. Payment

Question: How do I pay for the shirt? Or what payment options are available at King’s shirts?
Answer:
You can pay by following options.

(1) You can pay cash when our representative visits you to take your measurements for your Bespoke shirt.
(2) You can pay on-line through major cards using PayPal.
(3) You can pay through bank transfer.

Measurements and Fitting

Question: Can you duplicate the fit of my favourite dress shirt?
Answer:
Yes. One of our representative will visit you to take the measurements (This service is FREE only in London).OR you can give us measurements of your best fit shirt in our website measurement boxes or by Phone.

Question: Can I customize my shirts with other options or features?
Answer:
King’s shirts Online offers a variety of customization options. However, those not listed on the website are unavailable for order at present.

Question: Can I save my measurements for future orders?
Answer:
Your measurements entered, to King’s shirts website, will be saved for future use. You can update your measurements by going to your King’s shirts online account.

Question: How can I adjust or update the fit of my personal size pattern?
Answer:
Your King’s shirts size pattern is entirely defined by you, and therefore easily adjustable at any time. Visit your King’s shirts Online Account to update fittings.

Claims and Returns Policy

Question: I ordered a garment and it does not fit. What should I do?
Answer:
If you have ordered for the first time or with new or changed measurements, please send us some pictures of you wearing the garment (rear and front). Stand upright and relaxed with both your arms hanging loosely from the sides. And contact our customer services on 0044 7824771126.

Question: Can I return my shirt?
Answer:
Since all our shirts are made to order from your design and your measurements, these cannot be sold to anyone else and cannot be returned. It is the customer's responsibility to state the correct measurements in profiles. If it is your first order you can use our fit guarantee.

For goods that are not customized according to the wishes of the customer, you have the right to return or exchange the product within two weeks of receiving your order. You are responsible for the returned goods until it reaches us.

King’s shirts also takes responsibility for the cost of return shipments under the condition that you return the custom-made product in the same box as it was delivered in and send with the cheapest possible shipping method.

King’s shirts will deliver your ordered shirts within 15 working days.

Question: What can I do if my shipment does not arrive?
Answer:
If your package does not arrive and you also didn’t get notification from the shipping service, we would ask you to contact our customer service.

Fabrics & Washing

Our Bespoke Shirts are made from a range of Premium quality of Fabrics, all of them except few, which are made of Egyptian cotton. It is light weight, elegant, pleasing to look at and smooth to touch. You will be surprised by its superior look, feel and pre-eminent quality.
We preshrink our fabrics before sewing. Which means your shirt will not shrink. We take this, and various other factors, into account when making your dress shirts according to the measurements you have specified.

1. Wash in 40 degrees centigrade.
2. Hang on dry on a hanger.
3. Iron at warm heat.
4. Do not tumble dry. If you must use a dry cleaner, ask them to launder and hand press your shirts as normal.

Question: I receive my shirts, the colours are slightly different from the 3D Designer. Is this normal?
Answer:
Yes. Each screen resolution is different and there are chances that the colour may vary. The garment shown is a visualization only. The final product may vary somewhat in construction and colour. The perception of colours can vary from display to display. Therefore, the images do not reference to an exact colour but have a guiding function only. In order to see and feel the individual fabrics, we recommend ordering fabric samples by contacting us.

Cancellation Policy

When the order is confirmed. It is put in production. Normally it takes 10 hours from the date of confirmation and pattern cutting. After the pattern is cut, order cannot be cancelled. Therefore, we cannot make any changes or issue refunds after that time period. Call us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order.
